Terminally Deprecated Elements

dan200.computercraft.api.client.ComputerCraftAPIClient.registerTurtleUpgradeModeller(TurtleUpgradeSerialiser<T>, TurtleUpgradeModeller<T>)	This method can lead to confusing load behaviour on Forge. Use dan200.computercraft.api.client.FabricComputerCraftAPIClient#registerTurtleUpgradeModeller on Fabric, or dan200.computercraft.api.client.turtle.RegisterTurtleModellersEvent on Forge.
dan200.computercraft.api.filesystem.WritableMount.openForAppend(String)	Replaced with more the generic openFile(String, Set).
dan200.computercraft.api.filesystem.WritableMount.openForWrite(String)	Replaced with more the generic openFile(String, Set).
dan200.computercraft.api.pocket.IPocketAccess.getUpgrades()	This is a relic of a previous API, which no longer makes sense with newer versions of ComputerCraft.
